Memorials
If you’re anything like me, you’ve had times in your life where you just know God is working in you and you are strong in your faith. And then, you’ve had other times that you question wether or not He is even real. That’s normal, but that’s not ok. Thus, this account.
All throughout the Bible, God told His people to remember what He had done for them. They were to set up memorials, many times, they were in the form of a pile of stones. The result would be that throughout the ages, they and their children would see the stones and be reminded, and those that didn’t believe would learn, that the hand of our God is mighty.
My God is powerful and alive. I never want to forget that. I never want to doubt that. God has done incredible things in my life, so this account is a collection of my memorials. Each post will have the 1) s t o r y – which will explain the event in which God had graciously shown me His power, and the 2) s t o n e s – which will explain the object itself and how it is related to the event.
This is my collection of memorials that should cause me, my children, and my peers to either be reminded or learn for the first time, that HIS HAND IS MIGHTY.
